No I am not making it a habit of posting wickedly ugly pictures of myself on my blog. I just thought it would be funny to encourage all of those who follow suit in making a post like this to include a picture of themselves making the ugliest face they can.I got this from Mo's blog...
My roommate and I once: lit the street on fire in Provo. Pretended we were homeless and sang songs to see how much money we could earn. Pretended our car broke down to see if any cute guys would help us (anyone wanna guess the roommate? :) ) I know they are all SO wrong on so many levels. This would actually build a strong case for anyone who might have thought we were crazy.....
Never in my life have I: watched an entire Indiana Jones movie. I have seen bits and pieces of a few of them on TNT, but I have yet to sit and watch one of the movies from start to finish.
High School was : fun & filled with self-made drama (I have mad skillz at bringing drama)
When I am nervous: i bite my nails or make sarcastic remarks
My Hair: is chocolate brown. I went from frosty highlights this summer to my super-dark natural color. (My nephew asked if I was going Goth or E-mo. What the?) Oh well! I will pretend that my dark natural color is sophisticated and sexy... he he!!
When I was 5 : I lived in Bountiful, UT. I was in Kindergarten at Oak Hills Elementary and Mrs. Rose was my teacher. I spent every moment I could with my two best friends Mary Jane & Jenny. We played Barbies, house, & wrote notes to each other. I wanted to be like my older sisters who so nicely let me hang out with them sometimes if I cleaned up after their parties :)
When I turn my head left : i see my own cute kids & the cute neighbor kids playing in the toy room together.
I should be : a better mom, more organized, more patient, more selfless, and on...and on....AND ON!
By this time next year :we will be out of school and have a job and starting a new life! We will be living in AZ and hopefully pregnant.
My favorite Aunt is : Favorite Aunt? Impossible to say.
I have a hard time understanding : people who are judgmental and unforgiving.
My ideal breakfast is : Whole wheat piece of toast, small glass of Naked juice or small cup of fruit and a big glass of water with my vitamin or oatmeal with a tiny bit of honey with honey crunch wheat germ sprinkled on top or a whole wheat waffle with fresh strawberries & powdered sugar on top or a bowl of granola with fresh fruit & yogurt or an omelet with ham , peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc....If you can't tell I LOVE breakfast!!
If you visit my home town : of Mesa, AZ it would be hot, hot, hot!
If you spend the night at my house : we would probably stay up way too late, eat way too much, play games, laugh our heads off, & fall asleep watching a movie.
I shouldn't have been : so quick to volunteer to be room mom at Austin's school. I have NO IDEA what I am doing and apparently it is a pretty BIG deal (much bigger than the responsibility I had of doing it for Austin's preschool). Any advise from past and present room mom's or other PTA mom's out there would be appreciated!
Last night I: ran some errands while Dave took the boys swimming for some Daddy-Son time. I made & cleaned up dinner. Gave the kids baths & got them ready for bed, read scriptures & stories with the boys, did sticker charts and put them down for bed, I then watched Oprah and folded clothes while Dave was at the gym, then stayed up way too late talking to Dave in bed. It was a good night....
A better name for me would be : Phenelb? After all that IS what everyone calls me anyway :) Others have been known to call me dramatic, snotty, and some unmentionables. Although my sisters call me RippenDollyGoreEsLandBockBarbGlue. Oh the insanity just makes me smile....Love you guys!!!
I've been told I look like : This anchorwoman on Channel 8 news. I have yet to verify, but she must be hot... (you can now picture me laughing hysterically at my own joke).
