Every season brings a new sport for us. Spring time is baseball time. The kids love it. We spend at least 6 hours a week in baseball related activities including: games, practices, batting cages, etc. I fly solo to most games since they are on Saturday (and Dave always works Saturdays), but we have caught a few breaks and had middle of the week games so Dave can take part in the craziness :) Last Saturday there was a scheduling conflict and Austin and Chase had a game at the same time. Since Chase is littler I sent Austin with his coach and had some one on one with Chase at his game (Blake and Addi were asleep at home with a babysitter). It was so fun to have my full attention on him without chasing after other kids. He is a good little player and works really hard, but there is always room for some silliness. Here are some action shots!
Steps to playing baseball: 1- hit the ball

2-Run your heart out

3- Make it to 1rst base

Not sure where take off your helmet fits in, but ya I guess you can do that too.

Baseball ready...

Baseball ready?

Did anyone else's house look like this during Conference? Candy, bingo, blankets, and pillows strewn about the house? My kids LOVED it! My kids decided they wanted to get a tent out to be like King Benjamen. How cute are they? I can't wait to read the talks I heard and the ones I missed!!
