Dave and I have only been in charge of the cub scouts for 5 months and I would have to say showing up and attending the pinewood is WAY more fun than being in charge of the entire thing. Ha ha. Somehow we made it through just fine. The derby turned out awesome and our main goal was that Austin didn't lose the entire race! Mission accomplished. Being a middle of the road never felt so good. Not winning, but not losing is our new motto for pinewood derby! After the stress of decorating and getting set up it really turned out to be a super fun night. Yay for the cub scout program!
