How can I not post about Mother's day? I have been so blessed to be surrounded by amazing mothers my entire life. First my mom and also by my sisters who I look up to in so many ways. Also, I have been blessed to have great friends who take very seriously their jobs as mothers. Thank you all for your great examples.

Since I have been on this roller coaster of motherhood I have learned so much more to respect and admire my mom for all she did. These are some of the many things I love about my mom:

* Her silent giggle that shakes her shoulders and often ends with watery eyes
* Her ability to always see the positive in impossible situations
* Her generosity and dedication to serving others
* Her sense of humor
* Her ability to teach with love
* The way she taught me to have fun, and that yes sometimes you need to go to 31 flavors for dinner.
* Her dedication and love for music
* Her unwavering testimony
* Her ability to always take trials and hardship and turn them into learning experiences and testimony builders
* Her tireless acts of motherhood (ironed pillow cases, dinner on at 5 o'clock, homemade bread, a clean house) All of which I can't even imagine keeping up with!
* Her ability to love unconditionally... with true charity

The list could go on. Just know I love you mom. Thank you for being you.
