I need some crunchies and pushups STAT!


So I finally did it. I made it back into the gym last night. I felt like a little kid headed into the candy store. Although going to the gym is actually the antithesis of heading into a candy shop I know. You get the idea. Anyway, it just took a few weeks of healing, several attempts at trying on my "I am pretty sure they were never made out of saran wrap before" jeans, and a little motivation from Caryn and I found myself at the doors of Lifetime. Nothing like feeling the sting of a good work out and paying for it in the morning with soreness :) But I wanted to share my work out that has held me over for the last week or so. For all the new mommies out there here is my new mom work out.

Everytime I nurse... drop and give me 10 baby (push ups of course)
Change of diaper...10 triceps push ups or dips
If it is poopie you better give me 25 crunchies
Every time you put the babies pacifier back in 25 calf raises

I will let you know if I drop 2 jean sizes in a week or miraculously lose 15 lbs. If so I will be rich!! Work out patent pending... ha ha ha!
