Austin's Christmas Recital 2009

Dave and I decided that we wanted for this piano recital to give Austin a little one on one time. We went to his recital solo (meaning without our usual entourage) and we all loved it and even got to sit through the entire thing!! We went to dinner, his recital, then topped it off with a yummy ice cream stop! It's amazing how much your kids will talk to you when you aren't preoccupied with a lot of other kid's needs/wants (or cell phones, or tv, or ___). It made me appreciate why Dave is so faithful in doing "daddy-son" dates with the kids. I loved spending time together, and were so proud of Austin doing such a good job on his recital. He has gotten so good these last couple of years. Good job Austy!
