Viva Las Vegas!

We just got back from a quick getaway week end to Vegas with some super fun friends (Goodman's, Harris's, and Smith's). We had so much fun and have some great stories to tell!

Let's start with the very beginning... our flight in a two prop plane piloted by Sonny and Ty.
It was so great to just drive up to the plane, hop on, and take off!

After checking in the Wynn, the front desk so kindly offered us this room (see below) for only $50 more per room than our original reservation. We reluctantly said yes. It just might have been the most fantastic thing I have seen in a long time. All 5800 sq ft of the suite! Thanks to Troy, the front desk guy, we landed this room. Apparently there is no way EVER that we should have had this for the price he gave us, but his mistake was our gain. Here's a peek:

The only down side was that Ty got stuck in the elevator and had to climb out mission impossible style. Who knew living so posh could be so dangerous? :)

After a day at the Wynn Spa we got all dolled up and headed out for a night on the Vegas town (in our awesome minivan).

Delmonaco Steakhouse (at the Venetian) was our destination. The dinner was delicious, the company was wonderful, one small problem... it came with a nice wad of gum stuck to my booty that I swear I never ordered. With some impressive moves thanks to yoga, a signiture Emeril steak knife, and some ice cubes I was able to get the gum off. But not without a nice insult from the waiter insinuating I stuck it there myself to get a free dinner. Sorry buddy, my jeans were worth more than my dinner.

After a nice day of swimming, shopping, eating and more eating, we said goodbye to the Wynn and our super fun vacation and headed home!

Thanks for such an amazing trip!
