It is inevitable that mom's spend a good chunk of their day in the car. Between taxiing kids to school, extra curricular activities and running the errands they need to keep the family going it just ends up that way. Which makes me bring up this slightly related story about Austin... each morning we make goals at breakfast and a couple of weeks ago Austin informed me that my new goal needs to be to not talk on my cell phone in the car so I will talk to him. How sad hu? But it really made me think. I have totally tried to do it (and have been kindly reminded when I haven't been doing it) and I can honestly say it has been such a great time to listen and chat with the kids. Aside from the fact that it is safer too! What a cute little boy. Anyway, I wanted to share a few of our favorite tunes we rock out to in the car.
