Random

So for all of you who want to see a post about my cute kids scroll down, but I am not going for my usual go-to blog about my kids. These are some seriously random things I have had on my mind lately:

1- Is anyone else still finding Easter grass in their house even though they have vacuumed like a hundred times?

2- Does anyone else think cereal leaves a nasty taste in their mouth?

3- Is anyone watching American Idol? If so I am still loving David Archuleta although somewhere inside of me is secretly rooting for David Cook too.

4- I hate cockroaches. Since we have moved into this house we have been sharing our home with them. I swear I clean my house, more than probably ever, but it is an uphill battle. No wonder I have been sicker than sick. I once found one in our dishwasher. I reran the dishes 3 times after Dave got it out. Let's just say I totally am wasteful with paper products. Dave usually finds them in the bathrooms late at night. He seriously goes on hunts. Let's just say I am so excited to move out of this place... okay I am grateful for a home in a fabulous area (blah blah blah), but you will see what I mean. Our landlord doesn't feel these are pressing issues. You decide, please reference Table 1 a,b,c & d:

A. Gaping whole #1 where vent should be.

B. Gaping whole #2 where vent should be. Why don't we just send out invites to those little critters to come in.

C. Moldy& mildewed wall. If you saw this next to your toilet wouldn't you throw up even if you weren't sick?

D. Now here is the nastiest of all. Yes I have scrubbed this and magic eraser isn't so magic on this nasty vent. I refuse to go into this bathroom although it is the one that has my washer and dryer in it. That is why I have a rameumptom of laundry. If I go in there it makes me sick. I know I sound so snotty, but seriously?

5- I find out in 2 weeks what I am having. I promise I have no mother's intuition either way. If it is a boy we will be naming him Mason Owen. If it is a girl we will be naming her Addison Marie.

6- We have decided to sell almost everything we have before we move. Has anyone done this and regretted it? We just feel like anything we have purchased (or inherited) during our 8 years as poor students isn't worth paying to move it. We will keep the few nice things we have, but most of our stuff will be sold at a garage sale or on Craig's list or donated. Any advice?

Well, that is it for my ramblings. I just thought I would share some randomness today. So take it for what is worth.

Loves,
Steph
